Absolutely stunning Chablis, saline minerality with a buttery smooth palate and notes of yellow apple, elderflower, citrus, vanilla and apricot. Lemon cream oil on the palate with oyster shells, honey and brilliant acidity on the finish. The intensity, balance and concentration of this wine is just incredible.
