Tasting Notes

Ripe and juicy with notes of sweet cherry and cassis liqueur up front, showing some development with cremini mushroom, forest floor and underbrush following the sweet liquered fruit. Tannins are grippy with lots of fresh acids. Enjoy now or cellar.
