Red and black cherry, red plum and red currant jam, warm spices reminiscent of fruit cake , cinnamon and vanilla and an earthiness of fresh pickled beets. There is a mintiness that comes from ripeness. Very high acid, moderate tannin that sticks your cheeks coming from time in old wood.
