Fugatti Family
‘Made in Italy’, a label of fine quality, authenticity and a sense of style… It is here in the most northern region of this gorgeous country that we find the Fugatti Family and GFG is thrilled to welcome them to the family.

Ever since the Roman period, the area has been a link between the Mediterranean Sea and the trade routes that went up through the Alps. The multitude of castles and fortresses built along the Adige river stand witnesses of the valley’s importance throughout the centuries. It is here, in the tiny DOC of Valdadige ‘Terra dei Forte’, land of forts, Giuseppe, Cristina and Roberta Fugatti carry on the tradition of the beloved Azienda Agricola Roeno, founded by their father Rolando over half a century ago.
Roeno, Roberta Fugatti and Von Blumen are 3 distinct labels from this talented family focusing on rare native grapes, producing single varietal and single vineyard wines in the middle of two mountain systems. Shaped by glaciers during the quaternary era, this narrow valley with steep hills provides a heterogeneous climate.
Cool winters and warm summers, lake wind and the diurnal shift provide ultimate growing conditions while the diverse soils of the sandy river banks, clay valley soil and gravelly fossil rich mountain
slopes create a great home for their vines.
Biodiversity preservation is an integral part of the vineyard. The Fugatti's use green manure, no chemical treatments and no pesticides, dedicating their land to the traditions surrounding.
Each Fugatti Family collection is a pure expression of native grapes and unique terroir.
Roberta Fugatti wines focus on single varietals of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Teraldago and Marzemino, the favourite wine of Mozart’s mentioned in his Don Giovanni opera, are crafted with love, authentic to the region, with a quality that shines.
Roeno wines are stylish, unique and special, a reflection of Giuseppe’s talent to
bring the best out of these iconic grapes.
Single vineyard Pinot Grigio and Cru Riesling showcase the class of the grape, while the
Bordeaux blend Fondatore and the ancient Enantio are pure expression of the family’s talent, and passion for excellence.
Von Blumen, their newest project with very old vines is a nod to the matriarch’s maiden name located close to the Austrian border. ‘Flowers' Pinot Gris and 'Numbers' Pinot Nero are in a class of their own, pleasure in every glass.
The Fugatti family is the sum of values and knowledge that cements and brings together the different generations,
beyond blood ties. Like branches on a tree pointing in different directions, their roots remain as one - firmly anchored to their core values of respect and modesty.
Fugatti Family wines are ‘Made in Italy’, gorgeous in taste and style
