Domaine
Drouhin-Laroze

A masterclass in Burgundy,

one bottle at a time.

Founded in 1850, Domaine Drouhin-Laroze is a sixth-generation family estate that continues to shine as one of Burgundy’s hidden gems. Nestled in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, the Domaine is now led by the dynamic sibling duo, Nicolas and Caroline Drouhin, who have brought fresh energy and precision to this historic property.

The estate comprises 11.5 hectares of exceptional vineyards stretching from Vougeot to Brochon, with an enviable collection of holdings that reads like a Burgundy lover’s dream. Among their Grand Crus are Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, Latricières-Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin, Bonnes-Mares, Clos de Vougeot, and the rare jewel Musigny.

Drouhin-Laroze also holds a strong presence in several highly regarded Premier Cru sites including Lavaut Saint-Jacques, Clos Prieur, Au Closeau, and Craipillot, as well as producing elegant Village wines from Chambolle-Musigny, Morey-Saint-Denis, and Gevrey-Chambertin.

While the Domaine’s impressive terroir speaks volumes, it’s their winemaking philosophy—thoughtful, precise, and respectful of tradition—that sets them apart. Their wines have often been described as majestic, refined, and approachable even in their youth, striking a beautiful balance between structure and finesse.

Domaine Drouhin-Laroze remains one of the most compelling names for those seeking world-class Burgundy with pedigree, depth, and soul—still somehow flying just below the radar.
