Originally a gift from King Francis I to his illegitimate daughter on her wedding day, this estate had been in the Dacla de Chateaubert family for more than four centuries. In 2003, this Domaine was purchased by a discreet french family and Valdition was born. The focus is on their winemaker Jean-Michel Palot, and the talented work that he and his team achieve.

 

Vineyards alternate between olive groves, producing low yields on this unique terroir. The organic wines are of the highest quality and are a culmination of respect and love for the land.
