Crosby Roamann

From a beautiful valley of rolling
vineyards, incomparable sunsets and mountain ranges

Crosby Roamann is a collaboration of husband/wife team Juliana and Sean McBride.

In 2010 they left behind their lives on the East Coast, packed all their belongings and drove cross-country with their twin daughters to make exceptional wines from single vineyards in Northern California.  Sean is the winemaker and Juliana oversees sales and marketing.

Everything at Crosby Roamann is done by hand, the ethos best described as old world winemaking meets modern sensibility. Crosby Roamann wines start in the vineyard with the minimal intervention philosophy continuing throughout the winemaking practices.  Sourcing from small, family vineyards following organic, biodynamic or sustainable farming practices, they continue in the cellar encouraging fermentation with native yeasts, and exercise natural winemaking techniques forgoing filtration or fining.

The name Crosby Roamann is an homage to Sean's grandmothers Norma "Peachy" Crosby and Sally Roamann. ‘If our wines are defined by anything, we hope it is our efforts to pay tribute to these strong, entrepreneurial women, to family, hard work and ambition passed on through a family legacy of artists, romantics and independent spirits’.

It is the McBride’s ethos that drew us to them, their respect for the land and the love of their family.  Proof of their efforts is in every glass. Whether their 2018 Calistoga Merlot or the 2017 Crosby's Cabernet Reserve the quality shines, and with a very limited Canadian release, GFG is thrilled to introduce to you Crosby Roamann’s extremely exquisite wines.
