🍐2x Domaine Denis Carré Auxey Duresses “Les Vireux” 2018: Lemon cream cookies, caramel apple, toasted coconut with a chalky and salty minerality. Rich but not without classic top burgundy structure. An excellent value alternative to Meursault.
 
🍒2x Chateau Viaud Lalande de Pomerol 2020: Rich, ripe and darkly fruited with notes of black cherry, black raspberry, black salt and smoked meat, finishing with soft, approachable tannins. This young Bordeaux is drinking well now but will age into a rustic, savory red with soft, dusty tannins. 
 
🍊2x Amalia Barolo Bussia 2018: On the nose there is a slight intensity and fine concentration revealing notes of strawberry, red currant, plum, wilted flowers and orange peel. The palate is mineral, fruity and balanced and offers a fine tangy frame. This wine is drinking beautifully now but will continue to age gracefully over the next 5-10 years.
