Refined and quietly complex, with vibrant citrus, white peach and subtle almond notes layered over a stony, saline core. The palate has lovely depth and texture, but it is the wine’s precision and tension that really stand out, building towards a long, mineral finish. Elegant yet structured, this is perhaps the most architectural and distinctly Meursault-inspired of Rougeot’s Bourgogne Côte d’Or whites.
