This vintage bubbly hails from the historic Mosnel family estate in the region of Lombardy, DOG Franciacorta is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and vinified in the traditional method. 2018 was a great vintage for Italian whites, this Franciacorta offers the perfect balance between ripeness and acidity.  It pairs beautifully with rich seafood dishes, fried calamari, and lobster pasta. It is the epitome of elegance, with delicate floral notes, nuances of stone fruit and marzipan, when you pop open a bottle of Mosel Brut Satèn, angels sing!
